Anika Rose is an American performer and actress. She's best known for portraying Tiana the first African American character as Tiana Disney's first African American Princess in The Princess and the Frog. She was named a Disney legend in the year 2011. Rose was an Oscar-winning actress who played Lorrell in Dreamgirls. Anika Noni (born June 6th 7th, 1972) is a songwriter and American actor. Her most well-known role is her role as Tiana The Princess as well as the Frog's 2009 African-American Princess. Disney named her a Legend in 2011.
